Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users.

Our services

EasySyte provides custom web design, website redesign, landing page design, and related consulting services for small businesses. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins, typically via email or a signed proposal.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, images, or access required for us to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due before launch or according to the agreed schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for other payments are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content we create specifically for you, excluding third-party materials, stock assets, and our underlying tools or frameworks. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party services

We may recommend or configure third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, analytics, or plugins. You are responsible for any fees, terms, and ongoing management of those services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasySyte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty disclaimer

Our services are provided as-is and as-available. While we strive for high-quality work, we do not guarantee that our site or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific business outcome.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work completed and any non-refundable deposits or expenses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
